Welcome to OHANA SPACE HAWAII Wellness & Beauty YOGA.

Blue skies, clear air, the lovely fragrance of flowers and shiny light… OHANA SPACE HAWAII Wellness & Beauty YOGA has been born in Hawaii, an island with a gentle and warm soothing atmosphere.

MANA is an important concept for the Hawaiian people. This word means love, life force, and a spiritual power, and it is thought that “MANA can be found in all things.” In this land overflowing with MANA, the gift of gods, OHANA SPACE HAWAII uses the practice of yoga to help you lead a balanced and healthy life, both physically and mentally.

Our classes are all-level open classes that even beginners and the elderly can join at ease. Since our team counts with experienced and friendly instructors, anybody will be able to practice the yoga that best fits their needs without straining themselves. Yoga is not a flexibility competition, but a journey to know your current self. It is the best method to bring health to your body and mind. After the class, you will feel as if you are a completely different version of yourself.

We also offer classes aimed at a specific goal upon reservation (for private or group lessons.) We accept reservations for all kinds of reasons, whether it is that you would like to try yoga but are concerned about doing it in front of others, that you would like to do some beach yoga with your friends, or that you want to practice meditation at sunset. Please feel free to contact us with your requests.

We are planning workshops focusing on yoga therapy, SUP yoga, maternity and post-partum yoga, elderly yoga, kids yoga, and health improvement, along with retreat classes and a yoga teacher training course, among others.

We hope that everybody will be able to live happily and in health.
